We are recruiting for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join a prestigious, high-end private members’ club located in Central London. Steeped in history and tradition, this exclusive venue is renowned for its culinary excellence, offering refined dining and bespoke events for its members. You will work alongside a dedicated brigade to deliver high-quality cuisine in a luxury hospitality setting.

Salary: £34,000 per annum
Location: Central London
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis)
Requirements: Proven experience as a CDP in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or private club

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards across all sections of the kitchen, maintaining consistency, quality, and fine-dining level attention to detail.
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, menu development, section organisation, and inventory control.
  • Mentor and support junior chefs, fostering a positive, professional, and collaborative kitchen culture.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and allergen regulations.
