Chef de Partie

An opportunity for a skilled and motivated chef with a genuine love of cooking and ingredient-led food. Granger & Co. is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our restaurant family.

Requirements

  • Calm, organised, and confident with pride in your craft and working with high-quality, seasonal produce.
  • Understanding of flavour and deep care for ingredients.
  • Enjoyment of working in a busy, supportive kitchen.
  • Collaborative team player with good communication skills.
  • Ability to lead by example within your section.
  • Positivity and professionalism during service.
  • Care for seasonality, sustainable sourcing, and cooking with whole ingredients.
  • Desire for flavour, learning, and open-minded generosity.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of your section, cooking delicious, fresh food with precision and care.
  • Maintain high standards of preparation and presentation.
  • Keep your station organised.
  • Support the smooth running of the kitchen.
  • Work closely with senior chefs.
  • Contribute to seasonal menu changes.
  • Help nurture junior team members with generosity and patience.
  • Gain exposure to exceptional produce and the people behind it.
