Chef de Partie – Permanent Position

What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the highest standards.
- Assisting with the development of new dishes and menu ideas.
- Ensuring food is prepared and presented consistently and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
- Working collaboratively with an experienced and supportive kitchen team.
- Following all food safety, hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures.
- Managing your section effectively while remaining calm under pressure.
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
- Is passionate about fresh food and quality ingredients.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Leads by example with a positive, professional attitude.
- Is organised, reliable, and able to prioritise tasks.
- Is committed to maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Has a genuine desire to learn, develop, and progress within a successful kitchen.
