Join White Rabbit Hospitality as a Chef de Partie - Run Your Section at The Randolph Oxford
You know your station inside out, you deliver under pressure and you take real pride in every plate that leaves your pass. If you are ready to own a section in a kitchen that treats food seriously, we want to hear from you.
The Randolph Oxford is part of White Rabbit Hospitality, a group with a bold vision: to be the world's leading hospitality incubator. Set in one of Oxford's most iconic addresses, this is a kitchen with heritage, ambition and the standards to match. As a Chef de Partie here, you are stepping into a role where your skill is recognised and your next move is genuinely within reach.
This isn't a kitchen where you are handed a spec and left to churn it out. We invest in our chefs, push each other to be better and give you the ingredients, the equipment and the support to cook food you are proud to put your name to.
We are looking for someone who lives our values every day. Whether it is holding your section to the highest standard because we pursue excellence, backing up your team on a heavy service because hospitality is at our core, running clean, honest and safe because we do the right thing, or bringing ideas to the table because we are all entrepreneurs, you will fit right in.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
