Job Description
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join a busy, well-organised kitchen. You’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality, fresh dishes in an authentic restaurant. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that values standards, good communication, and a shared passion for food.

Responsibilities
- Running your section through prep and service
- Keeping food quality, presentation and portioning consistent
- Working accurately with allergens, food safety and kitchen records
- Supporting less-experienced chefs during service
- Helping with stock rotation, ordering and waste control
- Contributing ideas for specials and seasonal menu changes
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next service

Requirements
- Recent experience as a Chef de Partie or above
- Confident working independently and making decisions during service
- Experience in a fresh-food pub, restaurant or hotel kitchen
- Calm and reliable when service gets busy
- Clear communication with both the kitchen and front of house
- Good working knowledge of food hygiene and allergen controls
