What We’re Looking For in a Chef de Partie

We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie or an enthusiastic Commis Chef ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll have a genuine passion for creating high-quality, fresh food and enjoy working in a kitchen environment where great food, teamwork and hospitality come together to make every guest feel welcome.

As our successful Chef de Partie, you will:

• Take pride in delivering excellent service through consistently high-quality food.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for producing fantastic dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Be a hands-on and enthusiastic member of the kitchen team, leading by example and supporting your colleagues.
• Show a willingness to learn, develop new skills and take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the role.
• Be a positive team player with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to bring creativity and fresh ideas to the kitchen, contributing to new dishes, seasonal menus and daily specials.
• Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills, helping to maintain effective food, GP and labour controls.
• Take a proactive approach to driving sales and supporting business growth through strong engagement with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Help create a positive kitchen culture where high standards, consistency and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
