Company Description
Baxterstorey are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team at One Wood Street.
One Wood Street is one of our blue chip corporate sites, providing retail, hospitality, and fine dining.
We are looking for a personable individual to join our Kitchen team as Chef de Partie. You will work primarily within retail but with the opportunity to support in hospitality and fine dining also.

Job Description
Job Type: Full Time 40 hours contract
Monday – Friday plus paid overtime
Annual Salary: £32K plus overtime
Key Responsibilities
- To provide food/service to a consistent high standard, including assisting senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.
- Responsible for managing stock levels of the section you are overseeing, including ordering when required.
- Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.
- To ensure all Health, Hygiene, and Safety requirements are being adhered to.
- Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management.

Additional Information
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is open to ideas and keen to learn; a mix of corporate and high street experience would be preferable.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their existing skill set and looking to progress.

Salary: Up to £32,000
