We are looking for a strong, reliable Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Wild Rose Holiday Park.
Wild Rose is one of the group’s busiest and liveliest parks, with a high-volume food operation covering the main bar and restaurant, events, outdoor catering, leisure areas and coffee shop/café. At peak, the kitchen can serve up to 500 covers a day. This is a great opportunity for a chef who is confident running a section, enjoys working with fresh food and seasonal menus, and wants to be part of a busy kitchen team building something special.

The role will include:
- Running a section confidently during prep and service
- Supporting the wider brigade in a fast-paced kitchen

- Working closely with senior chefs and supporting junior team members

Live-on-park accommodation available. Relocation support considered for the right person. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be able to travel to Wild Rose for interview if shortlisted.
