We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
This is a great opportunity for a chef who takes pride in delivering fantastic food, enjoys working as part of a team and is ready to take on more responsibility in a busy kitchen environment.
What You'll Do
- Preparing and delivering food to a consistently high standard
- Taking responsibility for your section and supporting daily kitchen operations
- Helping to supervise, train and motivate the kitchen team
- Supporting stock control, ordering and monthly stocktakes
- Checking deliveries and ensuring ingredients meet our quality standards
- Helping to reduce food waste and manage stock effectively
- Bringing ideas to regular menu changes using fresh ingredients
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Completing food and fridge temperature checks
- Delegating tasks effectively when required
- Communicating closely with the wider kitchen and restaurant teams

Requirements
- Must have a positive, professional approach
- Must have standards of food preparation and presentation
- Must have a good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Must have the confidence to support and motivate other members of the team
- Must have excellent organisation and communication skills
- Must have the ability to stay calm and organised in a busy kitchen
- Must have a team-first attitude and willingness to get stuck in

Additional Information
- 40 hours per week – Full-Time permanent position
- Working 5 days out of 7 per week (including weekends and bank holidays, you will need to be flexible to the business needs)
- Right to work in the UK required as time of application (visa sponsorship is not available)
