Chef de Partie

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our contract catering team.

This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys producing fresh, quality food and working as part of a busy and supportive kitchen team.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your section and supporting the wider kitchen team to deliver excellent food and service.

Your Duties Will Include

  • Preparing and cooking food to a high standard
  • Taking responsibility for your designated section
  • Supporting breakfast, lunch and hospitality services
  • Following menus, recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Ensuring food is prepared and presented consistently
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
  • Checking and storing deliveries correctly
  • Monitoring stock and minimising food waste
  • Working closely with the wider kitchen team during service
  • Supporting junior chefs and kitchen assistants when required
  • Completing cleaning and close-down duties

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

  • Experienced as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
  • Passionate about food and hospitality
  • Reliable, organised and hardworking
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • A good team player with a positive attitude
  • Committed to maintaining high standards
  • Knowledgeable about food safety and hygiene
  • Flexible and willing to support the team when required

Previous contract catering experience is desirable, but restaurant, hotel or other professional kitchen experience will also be considered.
