About The Role

We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our established kitchen team at Arcade Battersea Power Station. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef from a high-volume, multi-cuisine background looking to take the next step in their career.

The ideal candidate has a passion for bold flavours, thrives in a high-energy environment, and is eager to develop their career within a fast-expanding restaurant group. As a Chef de Partie at Arcade, you will have the opportunity to be cross-trained across our different kitchens and brands, from ramen at Supa Ya and Middle Eastern dishes at Shatta & Toum to Manna’s iconic burgers (and more!), developing into a highly versatile Chef de Partie.


As a Successful Chef De Partie, You Will

  • Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Use top-quality ingredients to create dishes from our diverse and innovative menus
  • Have the opportunity to support and learn from senior chefs while mentoring junior team members
  • Manage your section efficiently during busy service periods
  • Adhere to all food hygiene and health & safety regulations
  • Take advantage of ongoing training and career development opportunities

We'd Love To Hear From You If You

  • Bring 2+ years of experience as a Chef in a high-volume, multi-cuisine environment
  • Have a natural passion for food and a strong understanding of diverse global cuisines
  • Bring a positive can do attitude and can work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and develop
  • Bring an ability to work under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Are ready to bring your energy, creativity, and expertise to Arcade!
