We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. If you're passionate about great food, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to develop your career, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your own kitchen section while supporting the wider team to deliver exceptional food and service every day. Working closely with the Head Chef and senior kitchen team, you'll help maintain the highest standards of quality, consistency and presentation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Run Your Section
    • Taking ownership of your designated kitchen section
    • Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards
    • Ensuring consistency across every service
    • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen

  • Support the Kitchen Team

    • Working closely with the Head Chef and wider brigade
    • Helping train and support junior chefs
    • Leading by example with a positive, professional attitude
    • Contributing to a strong team environment
  • Maintain High Standards

    • Following Food Hygiene, Health & Safety and COSHH procedures
    • Keeping your section clean, organised and fully compliant
    • Assisting with stock ordering and stock control
    • Helping minimise waste and maintain quality standards

About You

You'll ideally:

  • Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
  • Hold a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
  • Have an excellent understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
  • Have the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
  • Be organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Be a positive team player with a passion for quality food

Desirable

  • Have experience in high-volume hospitality
  • Have additional Food Safety training
  • Have excellent communication and teamwork skills

Working Hours

  • 45 hours per week
  • 5 days out of 7
  • Includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
  • Typical shifts:
    • 8:00am – 5:30pm
    • 1:30pm – 11:00pm
  • Flexibility is essential to meet business needs
