Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Manchester United's Carrington Training Ground.
- Working within a high-performance environment, you will help deliver exceptional food standards across the Men's First Team, Women's First Team and Academy programme. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes pride in attention to detail, and understands the importance of nutrition, presentation and consistency in supporting elite athletes.

This is a flexible position offering regular weekly hours, with opportunities to work up to 40 hours per week depending on operational requirements.
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes to consistently exceptional standards.
- Manage and take ownership of your designated kitchen section during service.
- Support the delivery of nutritionally focused menus for elite athletes and staff.
- Ensure all food is prepared, stored and served in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
- Work collaboratively with the wider culinary and hospitality teams to deliver a seamless service.
- Assist with stock control, stock rotation and minimising food waste.
- Support matchday, academy and event catering when required.
- Contribute ideas and creativity towards menu development and seasonal offerings.
- Uphold the professional standards expected within an elite sporting environment.
Regular weekly hours with the potential to work up to 40 hours per week.
