The Opportunity
As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, delivering exceptional dishes that reflect our bold, seasonal menus. You’ll work alongside a talented team in a fast-paced, open-kitchen environment where innovation and attention to detail are celebrated.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading your section with precision and pride
- Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards
- Supporting junior chefs and sharing your knowledge
- Collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu development
- Maintaining impeccable hygiene and food safety standards

Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end or lifestyle hospitality setting
- A passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern cooking techniques
- Strong organisational skills and a calm, positive attitude under pressure
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative kitchen culture
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery (preferred)
