As a Chef de Partie, you will become an integral part of the team from day one, joining a kitchen that is shaping the future identity of a bold and imaginative brand. This role is both challenging and rewarding, ideal for someone passionate about growth, innovation, and excellence.

We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie who is enthusiastic and driven to join the team at Studio Modou.

Duties of a Chef de Partie at Studio Modou

  • Contribute to the creation of inventive, high-quality dishes aligned with Studio Modou’s evolving concepts
  • Oversee your station, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery
  • Support and guide junior members of the kitchen team
  • Maintain exceptional standards of taste, presentation, and quality
  • Collaborate on menu development using seasonal and local ingredients
  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and reducing food waste
  • Uphold strong health and safety standards and ensure a clean, organized kitchen
  • Take part in training and mentoring to support the growth of the wider team
  • Resolve challenges during service with calm, efficient problem-solving
  • Continually seek ways to improve techniques, processes, and dishes
  • Work closely with front of house to ensure smooth service and communication
  • Execute each dish with precision, maintaining the vision of the menu
  • Follow established procedures to safeguard consistency and quality
  • Offer creative input that enhances and refines the overall culinary direction
  • Engage with guests when required, sharing insight into dishes and techniques
