Chef de Partie – Immediate Start
Location: Carlisle Area (Applicants must live within a commutable distance of Carlisle and have own transport)
Job Type: Temp Full-Time Hours

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef looking to develop their career within a professional and fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and running your designated section of the kitchen efficiently during service.
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Ensuring all food preparation complies with company standards and recipes.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety practices at all times.
- Assisting with stock control, stock rotation, and minimizing food waste.
- Supporting junior kitchen team members and helping with their development.
- Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Contributing ideas for menu development and daily specials where appropriate.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Food Hygiene certification is desirable.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
