Chef de Partie – Coreus by Clare Smyth (Pre-Opening Team)

Location: Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch


About the Role

Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie for Coreus by Clare Smyth to join the pre-opening team of their highly anticipated luxury hotel opening later this year.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced luxury hospitality leader to become part of the founding team and help shape the world-class guest experience at this iconic London landmark.


The Property & Guest Experience

The hotel, located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, will feature:

  • 100 elegant rooms and suites
  • 17,500 sqft of private residences
  • Two signature restaurants:
    • Coreus by Clare Smyth (famous Michelin-starred chef)
    • Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud (another renowned Michelin-starred chef)
  • A world-class spa
  • State-of-the-art fitness facilities
  • Grand event spaces, including a 320-capacity ballroom
