The Role
An experienced Senior Chef / Chef de Partie is required to join a well-established kitchen team. This is a hands-on position suited to a chef who is passionate about quality food, consistency, and teamwork within a professional kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Running and maintaining a designated section during service
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
- Supporting senior kitchen management with daily operations
- Assisting in the training and development of junior chefs
- Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met
- Assisting with stock control and waste reduction

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during service
- A positive, team-oriented approach
- Good understanding of food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
What’s Offered
- Competitive salary of £27,000-£29,000 (dependent on experience)
