An exciting opportunity has arisen for two experienced Chefs de Partie to join the kitchen team of a busy, quality-led gastropub near Horsham.
Working as part of a small team of 4 chefs, you’ll be producing all-fresh food from quality ingredients, working across a varied menu with a strong focus on consistency, quality, and presentation.

👨🍳 THE ROLES
Chef de Partie
- Run your own section confidently
- Prepare and cook fresh food to a high standard
- Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
Chef de Partie - Pastry Focus
- Take responsibility for the pastry and dessert section
- Produce fresh desserts, pastries, and baked items
- Bring creativity and attention to detail to the dessert offering
- Support the wider kitchen team when required

WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- ✔️ Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- ✔️ A passion for cooking with fresh ingredients
- ✔️ Good knowledge of kitchen procedures and food hygiene
- ✔️ Ability to work well within a small, close-knit team
- ✔️ Reliable, organised, and able to remain calm during busy service
- ✔️ For the pastry-focused role, previous pastry/dessert experience is essential
