About The Venue

Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the iconic Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people.

Role Purpose

Are you a passionate Chef de Partie looking to elevate your career in a truly unique and prestigious environment? This is your opportunity to work with premium ingredients, deliver exceptional dining experiences, and be part of unforgettable world class events. Up to £17.30 per hour.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Craft and present high quality dishes to exceptional standards
  • Work with premium, seasonal ingredients in a dynamic kitchen
  • Play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences for high profile guests
  • Continue developing your skills within a supportive, professional team

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
  • A genuine passion for food, quality, and creativity
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • A positive, team focused attitude with excellent communication skills

This role offers competitive pay of £15.80–£17.30 per hour, depending on experience, along with a strong work-life balance and no late-night finishes. You’ll enjoy daily hot meals, a 40% discount across our restaurants and venues, and access to a refer-a-friend bonus scheme.
