Fern is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team!
What You'll Be Doing
- Running your section with confidence during service
- Cooking to a high, consistent standard every time
- Helping shape and refine dishes on the menu
- Managing mise en place, stock & waste on your section
- Working as part of a driven, close-knit kitchen team
