Chef de Partie | Gaia London
Gaia is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the award-winning team, one of the city's leading luxury Greek-Mediterranean restaurants.
Working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you'll lead your section, deliver exceptional dishes, support junior chefs, and help maintain the highest culinary standards in a fast-paced, premium kitchen.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £17.50 per hour + tips (average between £250 - £500 per month)

What You'll Do:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with brand standards
- Run your section efficiently during service
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and consistency
- Follow all hygiene, food safety, and kitchen procedures
- Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive team culture
- Assist with menu development and seasonal updates when required

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury restaurant or five-star hotel
- Strong technical cooking skills and passion for Mediterranean cuisine
- A positive attitude, leadership qualities, and the ability to perform under pressure
- Commitment to delivering exceptional food and hospitality
