Beaverbrook is a carefully curated collection of two luxury hotels; our estate surrounded by the Surrey Hills and our urban Town House in central London. You'll be located within the heart of the brand, set amidst 400 acres of beautiful, privately owned countryside. The estate comprises three distinctively designed venues that make up the hotel, four restaurants and a Health Club & Spa, as well as indoor and outdoor activities, including a home cinema and meeting spaces for all occasions.

As part of our Culinary Department, you’ll be joining as our Chef de Partie, responsible for a section in the kitchen and the production of delectable dishes, serving stylish modern food in a relaxed but fast paced environment. Your talent will ensure our guests have the best dining experience in our Restaurant.

You will have the opportunity to use fresh produce, often sourced from our own gardens or local suppliers.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable.
- Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadline.
- Attention to detail, efficient and responsible.
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
- A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this field.
We would be particularly interested in talking with you if you have experience in Sushi and Japanese Cuisine.
Shift Pattern:
- This position will consist of 45 hours per week.
- The ideal candidate will be flexible in working evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum plus tronc
We are able to sponsor Skilled Worker visas for successful candidates who meet the current eligibility criteria
