Chef de Partie with Grill Experience
We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie with Grill experience to join our team at The Coal Shed.
- Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum - inclusive of tronc
- Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour plus tronc which is based on hours worked
About The Coal Shed
The Coal Shed is a steak restaurant in the heart of Brighton. The Coal Shed celebrates coal roasted rare breed heritage meat and South Coast seafood, inspired by Founder Raz Helalat’s Persian roots by cooking over fire.

Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie you will:
- Deliver dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh, using local products, prepared with skill and passion
- Work as part of a diverse, inclusive, and supportive team
- Ensure each dish is prepared to the highest standard
