Our first restaurant is located in a Victorian railway arch in the heart of Borough Market, where our journey began in the early 2000s as ‘Market Traders’. The atmosphere is lively, reflecting the bustle of market life and featuring an uplifting soundtrack.
Our people strategy focuses on attracting and developing industry professionals in a challenging market. We aim to bring talent on board, support and develop that talent, and grow the business together. We have established a strong team of Head Chefs and Executive Leaders across our sites and are seeking to recruit and develop new talent to support them.
