About the Role
The perfect dining experience at Tomahawk starts a long time before our steaks hit the plate. It starts with a great team who understand the product, the origins of our fresh quality ingredients and locally sourced beef, as well as the Himalayan salt drying process that makes our steaks so insanely delicious.
Tomahawk are looking for outstanding individuals who are as enthusiastic about food as we are, who are happy to learn and strive to improve not only customer service but themselves. There are plenty of opportunities to train in all aspects of service, from in-house kitchen training to Sommelier and front of house.
Tomahawk serves only the best, so we want only the best to join us. We are passionate about our staff as we are our steaks because after all, the ultimate customer experience is what money can't buy. If you feel you can rise to the occasion then join the herd at Team Tomahawk, the ultimate steakhouse for authentic meat connoisseur.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
