The Venue

Home to one of the world’s most iconic football clubs, Stamford Bridge is a global stage for elite sport and unforgettable fan experiences. At the heart of West London sporting life, Legends Global works in partnership with Chelsea FC as their official F&B provider to deliver excellence on and off the pitch.

The Role

The Chef de Partie plays a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences, managing their designated kitchen section and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation and service. Working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, you will contribute to smooth kitchen operations, ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, and help drive consistency, efficiency and guest satisfaction across all services.

The Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook and present dishes to specification, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency and service standards at all times.
  • Manage your designated kitchen section, including food preparation, stock rotation, replenishment, storage, opening and closing procedures.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with menu development, continuous improvement initiatives and the successful delivery of restaurant and event services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting, while supporting effective stock control, food cost management, waste reduction and commercial performance.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams, ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety and company procedures.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within high-volume hospitality, events, catering, restaurant or premium dining operations.
  • Strong culinary knowledge with a passion for producing high-quality food and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Excellent organisation and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
  • An understanding of food cost control, stock management, food safety and kitchen operational standards.
  • A flexible and proactive approach, with availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and event days, while maintaining a strong commitment to health, safety and compliance.
