The Role: Chef de Partie

We're seeking a passionate Chef de Partie with exceptional attention to detail and a positive attitude to enrich our team. As the Chef de Partie, you'll hold a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of your section, maintaining efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity throughout. Your responsibilities will encompass meticulous oversight and adherence to all food safety and health regulations, guaranteeing the highest standards of safety and hygiene. Additionally, you'll demonstrate versatility by working across various sections of the kitchen.
