We’re looking for a confident and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Jamie’s Italian UK, Leicester Square. This role is all about consistency, teamwork, and delivering great food every service.
You’ll work across sections depending on your experience, with the expectation that you can confidently run at least two sections, maintaining Jamie’s Italian standards with support from senior chefs. This is a hands-on role for a chef who takes pride in their craft and wants to keep learning and developing.

About The Role
- Prepare and cook dishes to Jamie’s Italian UK brand standards
- Confidently run at least two sections during service
- Work across sections depending on experience and training
- Maintain high food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Complete mise en place, prep lists, and section organisation
- Follow recipes, portion control, and cooking methods accurately
- Support prep, service, and kitchen close-down
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards at all times
- Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
About You
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi ready to step up
- Confident running sections in a fast-paced kitchen
- Passionate about food, quality, and learning your craft
- Calm, reliable, and proud of your section
- A strong team player with a positive attitude
