About the Role
We are looking for a self-driven Chef de Partie to join our team for Green & Fortune exciting new contract on London's Southbank, just north of Southwark Bridge, working alongside the Head Chef on the in-house hospitality and services culinary offer. As part of a new opening, this role offers the opportunity to shape the kitchen operations, build a high-performing culture, and establish operational excellence from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food service and creativity.
- Manage specific sections, ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals consistently meet high standards.
- Assist in creating seasonal menus that cater to diverse tastes, dietary requirements, and volume needs.
- Comply with the health and safety of all guests and team members by following food safety, health, and hygiene standards, ensuring all due diligence paperwork is completed accurately.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and supplier communication to ensure kitchen operations run seamlessly.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Requirements
- Background in catering, hospitality or production kitchens.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining quality at scale.
- Ability to create a variety of dishes that balance flavor, creativity, and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations, with the ability to follow best practices.
