We are looking for talented and passionate Chefs de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen brigade within a prestigious 4-star hotel in Cheshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for chefs de partie with a strong restaurant and C&B (Conference & Banqueting) background who thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality setting and are looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive team.
You will work closely with a driven, passionate, and extremely professional Executive Chef, delivering exceptional dining experiences across multiple outlets and events.

The Role
As Chef de Partie in Cheshire, you will be responsible for running your section to the highest standards while supporting the wider kitchen operation across restaurant service, banqueting, and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining your designated kitchen section
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes consistently
- Supporting restaurant, conference & banqueting, and event operations
- Ensuring excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade
- Training and supporting junior chefs where required
- Maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury 5-star hotel environment
- Delivering exceptional service during high-volume and busy service periods
What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Experience within luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or high-end C&B operations
- Passion for fresh food and high-quality presentation
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Flexible approach to shifts and business needs
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
