Chef De Partie

We are looking for an Experienced and motivated Chef De Partie required to join our professional kitchen team.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for food, excellent organisational skills and the ability to consistently produce high-quality dishes in a busy wedding venue.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard.
  • Prepare, cook and present food in accordance with recipes, specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, Health and safety and cleanliness.
  • Follow HACCP procedures, Allergen controls and Kitchen safety regulations.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control and wastage.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with senior chefs and other kitchen staff.
  • Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and checking the quality of ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment at all times.

  • Experience in high-volume fine-dining, hotel, restaurant or events/wedding catering.
  • Relevant professional cookery qualifications.
  • Job role requirement of at least 2 years experience in a professional kitchen and knowledge of all kitchen sections.
