Chef De Partie at St Pancras Brasserie by Searcys

Searcys are looking for a Chef De Partie to join the team at our unique Venue St Pancras Brasserie.

Located within the iconic St Pancras International Station, St Pancras Brasserie by Searcys is home to the longest Champagne bar in Europe and offers the ideal escape to sit back and soak up the charm of the magnificent station.

About the Role

As a Chef de Partie in this venue, you will get a chance to create the finest quality of dishes and deliver exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. You will be part of a structured team, that you will work closely with to create the perfect dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality dishes
  • Deliver exceptional culinary experiences
  • Work closely with the team to create a nurturing and positive environment
  • Assist senior chefs with functions in different areas throughout the business
  • Manage stock levels and ensure presentation standards are met
  • Adhere to all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Hours: 20 hours on contract
  • Salary: £16.50 Hourly

Qualifications

  • Responsible for managing stock levels and ordering when required
  • Ensure food presentation meets standards set by senior chefs
  • Ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are adhered to
  • Any other reasonable requests by the Senior Management
