Are you passionate about food, drink and exceptional service? Would you like to join an award-winning hospitality team and still make it home for dinner? We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team.
Rate of Pay: £17.24 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, between 7:00-17:30, 40 hours per week
Location: Mayfair, London
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering a high-quality retail food offer.
- Take responsibility for managing your section independently, ensuring consistent food quality and presentation.
- Assist in producing fresh, appealing food for 250-300 covers per day.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
- Work effectively within a small kitchen team, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment.
- Support stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste.
- Demonstrate flexibility and reliability to meet the needs of a busy Monday to Friday operation.
- Act as a team player, providing support across all areas of the kitchen when required.
- Ensure all food is prepared and served in line with company standards and customer expectations.

Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy catering or hospitality environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload with minimal supervision.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach to work.
- Comfortable working within a small team and building positive working relationships.
- Passion for delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.
