Are you passionate about food, drink, and exceptional service? Would you like to join an award-winning hospitality team and still make it home for dinner? We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team in Kaleidoscope.

Location: Kaleidoscope, EC1A 9HP

Salary: £36,400 per annum

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:30 with occasional evenings, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a new plated deli concept, delivering fresh, high-quality food to the highest standards.
  • Produce and serve a minimum of 300 covers per day within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Engage confidently with customers, providing a friendly, professional, and welcoming service.
  • Maintain excellent food presentation, stock control, and merchandising throughout service.
  • Ensure all food safety, allergen, and health & safety standards are consistently met.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen and work collaboratively with front and back of house teams.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the deli offer and customer experience.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail and consistency in all aspects of food production and service.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced Chef de Partie with a background in high-volume B&I contract catering or banqueting operations.
  • Proven ability to deliver 300+ covers daily while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and confident in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Passionate about fresh food, presentation, and creating an outstanding customer experience.
  • Thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a busy environment.
