Pastry Chef de Partie
Open-Fire Restaurant | London Bridge, South East London
£42,000 per annum
3.5 shifts per week – 3 double + 1 single
An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join a highly regarded, fast-paced restaurant in London Bridge, known for its open-fire concept, bold flavours and ingredient-led cooking.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate pastry chef to join a creative kitchen team, working with high-quality seasonal produce while enjoying an excellent 3.5-day working pattern.

- Take responsibility for your section within a busy, high-quality pastry operation
- Prepare and deliver creative, modern desserts to consistently high standards
- Work with excellent seasonal produce and quality ingredients
- Support the development and preparation of the pastry offering
- Maintain excellent standards of organisation, food safety and cleanliness
- Work closely with an experienced and ambitious kitchen team
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie within a quality restaurant
- Is confident working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Has strong pastry fundamentals and excellent attention to detail
- Is passionate about modern, creative desserts and seasonal ingredients
- Is organised, reliable and keen to continue developing their skills
