Chef de Partie – High-End Restaurant | London
Up to £14-18 Per Hour DOE | 50-55 Hours Per Week | Immediate Start Available
PRS is delighted to be partnering with an exceptional high-volume London restaurant owned by a Michelin-starred chef, renowned for delivering outstanding Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join a talented kitchen brigade and play an important role in delivering exceptional food and service standards.
This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who is looking to develop their skills within a high-profile restaurant, work alongside experienced chefs, and gain exposure to outstanding Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine.
The Role
Working closely with the Senior Chef de Partie, Junior Sous Chefs, Sous Chefs, and Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing your designated section and ensuring consistently high standards throughout service.
You will be responsible for:
- Running your section efficiently during preparation and service
- Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards
- Maintaining consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all dishes
- Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
- Assisting with stock rotation and minimizing waste
- Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met
- Helping train and support Commis Chefs and junior team members
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional working environment
- Contributing ideas and enthusiasm to the ongoing success of the kitchen

About You
We are looking for a chef who is passionate about food, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie within a quality restaurant environment
- Experience working in high-volume kitchens
- Exposure to Middle Eastern and/or Mediterranean cuisine would be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work effectively under pressure as part of a team
- A genuine passion for hospitality and professional development
- A stable employment history with a commitment to delivering high standards
