Led by Tallon and a passionate management team, we're looking for a talented Chef de Partie who loves working with quality ingredients, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and wants to be part of a supportive team that develops people from within.

We're passionate about developing our chefs. You'll have access to:

What we're looking for
You'll be someone who takes pride in producing fresh, high-quality food and enjoys working as part of a close-knit kitchen team.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie, or be a confident Commis Chef ready to progress
- A genuine passion for cooking with fresh ingredients
- High standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
- A positive, hands-on attitude and the ability to perform under pressure
- Great communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- An understanding of kitchen controls, stock management and GP
- A desire to learn, develop and help drive the business forward

Your role
As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering the quality our guests expect every day. Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll:
- Prepare and deliver consistently excellent dishes
- Help create seasonal menus and exciting daily specials
- Support and mentor junior chefs
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Contribute ideas that help improve our menus, service and kitchen performance
