Purpose of the role:
Our exclusive clubhouse in Pall Mall is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our Banqueting Kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional food for our members and guests.

Responsibilities:
- Flexible to work in any section of the kitchen
- Have a passion for cooking and to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure all standard operating procedures are adhered to ensure a consistent delivery of excellence and positive member experience.
- Working closely with the sous chefs to ensure good communication and teamwork
About you:
- Experience working as a Chef de Partie in a similar environment
- Experience and desire to cook different styles of cuisine
- Level 2 food hygiene skills
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to run an effective team
