Chef De Partie – North Wales
Location: North Wales Position: Chef De Partie Duration: Ongoing (40 hours per week)
We are looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to join the kitchen team at a busy holiday park located right on the coast of Wales, just steps from the beach.
This is a great opportunity for a confident and hardworking chef looking for ongoing work in a lively holiday environment.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Managing your own section during busy services
- Preparing ingredients and ensuring your section is fully stocked
- Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
- Maintaining high food hygiene, health & safety and cleanliness standards
- Assisting with stock rotation and deliveries
- Supporting other sections when required
- Ensuring all dishes are prepared consistently and efficiently

What we’re looking for:
- Previous Chef De Partie experience is essential
- A good work ethic
- The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced kitchen
