Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a Chef de Partie who thrives in a high-paced, creative environment and has a deep love for Japanese cuisine. The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally in a high-end restaurant or Michelin-starred kitchen.
- Bring a strong understanding of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and techniques.
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional quality and attention to detail.
- Work well under pressure and excel in a team environment.
- Be eager to learn, share knowledge, and contribute to the team’s success.
- Hold the legal right to work in the UK without corporate sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards, showcasing creativity and precision.
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining smooth kitchen operations.
- Ensuring mise en place is completed efficiently and to specification.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area in line with health and safety standards.
- Contributing ideas to menu development and improving kitchen processes.
