Chef de Partie - Open Day

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team at London Museum, opening its doors on 28 November in the heart of historic Smithfield, bringing together thousands of years of London’s history through world-class events, experiences and hospitality.

About Us

We are looking for a Chef de Partie who loves cooking with great ingredients, takes pride in their section and enjoys being part of a busy kitchen team. Someone who cares about the details, from preparation and presentation to the consistency of every dish leaving the kitchen.

Our food will celebrate seasonal British produce, craft and skill, including beef and lamb from Green & Fortune’s own farm, alongside exciting collaborations with some of London’s leading culinary talent.

About You

If you’re excited by the idea of being part of a new kitchen from day one and developing your skills along the way, we’d love to hear from you.

At Green and Fortune, we take pride of the connections we make through the moments and memories we create.

What Makes You the Chef de Partie?

  • Your Section: Take ownership of your section, from preparation and mise en place through to service, keeping everything organised and ready to go.
  • Food: Prepare and cook dishes with care, maintaining high standards of quality, presentation and consistency.
  • People: Support Demi and Commis Chefs on your section, sharing your knowledge and helping the kitchen work together.
  • Standards: Keep on top of food safety, cleanliness, stock rotation and waste, making sure your section is left ready for the next service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
