We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our small team at Rose Bakery, working closely with the kitchen team. Kitchen experience is essential. Energy, adaptability along with a great attitude are also key for this role.
This role is full-time (40 hours per week) and requires weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard
- Support the Head Chef in executing the menu and help with development of dishes
- Have excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Be a strong team player, with the ability to communicate and motivate others
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining focus on quality and consistency
- Have experience in a similar role, ideally within a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen

Skills Required
- Minimum 2 year kitchen experience required
- Food Hygiene & Safety Level 2 is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Flexible attitude and ability to manage a varied workload
- Ability to work independently and to be self motivated
