Chef de Partie – Loch Lomond
Location: Loch Lomond, Scotland
Position: Chef de Partie
Duration: Ongoing work until the end of the season
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a beautiful small country house situated on the shores of Loch Lomond. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and passionate chef looking for ongoing work in a stunning location.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Managing your own section efficiently during service
- Preparing ingredients and maintaining excellent kitchen standards
- Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
- Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
- Helping with stock rotation, deliveries and general kitchen organisation
- Supporting other sections when required

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is essential
- A passion for quality food
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to work well under pressure
Ongoing work available until the end of summer, with the opportunity to work in a fantastic country house setting on Loch Lomond.
