Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

Ready to bring some serious flavour to the rooftop? SíSí is our rooftop restaurant and bar, sitting at the top of The Social Hub in the heart of Glasgow’s Merchant City. We’re all about bold Mexican-American flavours, creative cocktails, great music and an atmosphere that keeps the energy high. As Chef de Partie, you’ll take charge of your section, cook great food and help make sure every plate that leaves the kitchen is something to be proud of. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider kitchen team, while also having plenty of room to sharpen your skills and bring your own ideas to the table. If you love a busy service, care about what goes on the plate and want to be part of a kitchen with real personality, we’d love to meet you.

In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are

SíSí is a rooftop restaurant and bar at the top of The Social Hub Glasgow, bringing together bold Mexican-American flavours, creative cocktails, great music and an unforgettable atmosphere. It’s part of The Social Hub, a hybrid hospitality concept where everyone can work, stay, learn and play, but SíSí has a personality of its own. Think good food, good drinks, good music and a rooftop setting right in the heart of Merchant City.

What You’ll Do

  • Run your own section during service, keeping things organised and under control
  • Prepare and cook dishes to SíSí’s recipes, standards and portion sizes
  • Complete your prep and make sure your section is ready to go before service
  • Keep an eye on quality, consistency and presentation across every plate
  • Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider kitchen team during busy services
  • Support junior team members and share what you know
  • Keep your section clean, organised and up to food hygiene standards
  • Help reduce waste, rotate stock and contribute ideas for the menu

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
