πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³ Chef de Partie – Farm Shop & Restaurant

We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a busy farm shop with an on-site restaurant. This is a great opportunity for a reliable chef looking for daytime shifts, with 2 weeks of ongoing work available.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your section during service, preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, and ensuring all food is presented consistently. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting food to a high standard
  • Running and maintaining your own section during service
  • Completing food preparation
  • Following recipes and portion control standards
  • Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
  • Managing stock levels and minimising food waste
  • Supporting the wider kitchen team when required
  • Working efficiently during busy restaurant services

Requirements

  • Previous Chef de Partie experience
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen procedures
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Reliable and hardworking attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
