Overview

Join Chop Grill & Bar, where culinary passion meets exceptional service! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to take on a pivotal role in our kitchen team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our vibrant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met.
  • Assist in menu planning and development, showcasing seasonal ingredients and innovative recipes.
  • Manage a section of the kitchen, supervising junior staff and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation, adhering to hygiene standards at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to minimise waste.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
