Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in accordance with our standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those passionate about food to develop their skills and progress within a busy kitchen environment. Our ideal Chef de Partie will play a vital part in maintaining the smooth operation of the kitchen, by being able to deliver great food to a deadline, as well as being able to make sure all EHO regulations and compliance is adhered to, and delivering exceptional meals every single time for our diners.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to our specs and standards
- Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as grill, pastry, or sauté stations
- Assist in the daily rotation of kitchen supplies and ingredients and the order of the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations to comply with EHO standards
- Being able to collaborate with your colleagues to ensure efficient and calm service during busy periods
- Produce consistently presented, high quality food
- Support junior kitchen staff with training and guidance as required
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary technique
- Familiarity with EHO & Compliance
- Excellent organisational skills & the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Communication skills to coordinate effectively with your colleagues
- Previous restaurant experience
- Ability to serve guests courteously when required

Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
