We’re not always expecting the finished article but a chef who would like to be moulded and has the ability to learn from our team.

The ideal candidate will possess;

Responsibilities

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver quality food, maintain excellent organisation, and support the smooth running of service.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

  • Preparing and cooking dishes to spec
  • Managing your section during busy service
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
  • Supporting junior chefs
  • Contributing ideas for specials and menu development
  • Ensuring prep is completed efficiently and accurately
