Location: Bisham Abbey, Marlow, SL7 1RR
Salary: Paying up to £29,500 depending on skills and experience plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week

As Chef De Partie, you'll take ownership of a key kitchen section, ensuring high-quality meals are prepared and presented to a consistently excellent standard. Working closely with the wider catering team, you'll help create positive dining experiences that support wellbeing, bring people together, and contribute to a welcoming environment where customers and colleagues feel valued and cared for.

What you’ll do as a Chef De Partie
- Run and manage a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth day-to-day service
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard, following agreed recipes and presentation guidelines
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and service delivery
- Supervise, train and guide junior kitchen colleagues, helping create headroom for people to grow
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and health and safety compliance
- Monitor stock levels, support ordering processes, minimise waste and help control food costs
Does this sound like you?
- Experience as a Chef De Partie, or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to take the next step
- A solid understanding of cooking techniques, food preparation and kitchen operations
- The ability to remain organised and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements, with a Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification preferred
- A positive, team-focused approach and pride in delivering excellent food and service
